A private landowner with a significant rural property retained Frago & Co as Project Director to lead the preparation and delivery of a Board-ready Project Viability Report; acting as a single point of accountability throughout the viability phase and coordinating a full consultant team across planning, design, cost, and commercial workstreams.
Frago & Co coordinated the initial all-parties site meeting, managed workflow and information exchange across the consultant team, led negotiations on commercial Heads of Terms, and ran the financial planning workstream in parallel. The viability report centred on a planning strategy for the change of use of the property to commercial use, with Frago & Co coordinating specialist planning, design and cost input to establish the viability and deliverability of the proposed scheme.
Stage One
Stage One has been completed. Next steps are subject to multi-generational family decision-making, with the Project Viability Report providing the framework within which those decisions will be taken.
