Nene Park Trust is a registered charity managing and owning in excess of 2,500 acres across the East Midlands and East Anglia. The estate encompasses country parkland, agricultural land, infrastructure corridors, and significant environmental assets. The Trust is also actively developing its own Biodiversity Net Gain credit system, positioning it at the forefront of environmental land management.
Frago & Co was retained as Strategic Development Advisor across a portfolio of strategically located projects. The advisory mandate covers the identification, positioning, management, and delivery of development opportunities across the portfolio, in close alignment with the Trust's long-term land management, leisure, and infrastructure objectives.
Stage One
Stage one established strategic priorities, sequenced opportunities, and put in place the commercial and governance disciplines required to progress the portfolio with clarity and confidence.
Stage Two
Stage two is ongoing, with Frago & Co providing structured delivery support and acting as a strategic counterpart to the executive team.
