Working with the leadership team to strengthen strategic partnerships, unlock capital, and help deliver on existing retained commercial & residential sites while identifying new opportunities in the market.
Roseville Land already has a number of live projects underway, reflecting the team's ability to move decisively and deliver results. The business is also actively seeking to partner with landowners and professionals to create long-term value on sites that may sit outside of traditional promoters and developers.
Our first project is now in planning with an investment deal framework in place. I am really excited to launch the opportunity in Q1 2026 with Joe Smith at Drake & Partners.
