Squab Workspace is the Group's emerging managed SME business campus platform: flexible, serviced workspace and light industrial accommodation for the trades, van-based operators, e-commerce businesses, and growth-stage SMEs that keep regional economies moving. It is a model born from genuine operational experience; and it is now actively seeking sites to grow.

The acquisition programme:

We are looking for freehold sites of 1–3 acres across 27 target towns in the Midlands and surrounding regions. Former car dealerships, industrial compounds, station-adjacent commercial land, and sites with repositioning potential are all of interest. Train station proximity is weighted heavily in every assessment.
