Frago & Co was engaged to support the firm's founders across governance, strategic direction, and operational infrastructure, initially as a Strategic Board Advisor, and now working alongside the partners in a Fractional Operational Director capacity, providing integrated leadership support across operations, management decisions, and the firm's growth and marketing strategy.
Stage One
Stage one established the strategic foundation: a three-year business plan, financial performance framework, KPI architecture, resourcing strategy, and governance calendar were developed and adopted.
Stage Two
Stage two is ongoing, with the engagement having evolved into active operational leadership alongside the founding team.
